Developer Incentives

Developer Incentives

The local development community is working to create a list of potential developer incentives that could allow developers to build housing at lower price points.

Examples could include: Waivers on parking requirements, plans for Accessory Dwelling Units that are pre-approved across all of the county's jurisdictions, fast-tracking of permits for projects that incorporate local worker housing.

NOTE: This information may not yet be a fully available solution.
