Resident-Owned Community (ROC)

A Resident-Owned Community is a neighborhood of manufactured homes that’s owned by a cooperative of homeowners who live there as opposed to an outside landlord. 


NOTE: This information may not yet be a fully available solution. This page will be updated as potential solutions are explored by the Regional Housing & Growth Issues Partnership’s Working Group and Advisory Group members, as well as legal counsel and other qualified review.
